The Jidi was designed and developed by Kofa and TAILG for the specific environments and needs of users in Africa. With unparalleled, petrol-beating performance, the Jidi has been engineered to go further, faster, be safer and carry more all while reducing running costs by up to 30% and significantly reducing your carbon footprint.
Powered by the latest edition of Kofa Kore2 batteries, the Jidi has a range of up to 100km, with the batteries being swappable at any Kofa Swap & Go station, this also means zero charge time - just swap batteries in the matter of seconds.
The Jidi, a testament to ingenuity and collaboration, emerges from the heart of Accra,
Ghana, tailored for the bustling urban roads across Africa. Its design, characterised by durability, superior ground clearance, and an optimised mid-motor layout, is the result of an in-depth dialogue with the very people who navigate these roads daily.
Built from the ground up, the Jidi features dual top-down, removable Kofa Kore2 batteries, an extended seat for added comfort, and customisable carrying solutions. These unique elements ensure that the Jidi stands out not just for its appearance but for its practicality in the day-to-day lives of its users.
The design of the Jidi, is the result of a collaborative effort between Kofa and the vibrant community of riders and gig workers in Accra. This hands-on approach, has made the Jidi much more than a motorcycle but a co-creation with the very people it serves.
Never run out of charge. With two Kofa Kore2 batteries, achieve up to 100km of range between swaps and get back on the road, fully charged in under 30 seconds.
